Through our home screening process we look for diamonds in the rough, to find “deals” for our clients. While price is the determining factor for affordability, we anticipate this to be your home for many years to come and we look for houses you would be proud to call home and make lasting family memories in.

With the first pillar being affordability, our properties often require some TLC. All homes are sold “AS-IS / “WHERE IS” so you are not paying us for cleaning and move-in preparation that you would typically see with an apartment or rental home. You are buying the home and can roll up your sleeves and put your touches on the place you will call home.
